OK, trying to correct this (I'm a learner myself):

Я учусь русский язык в этом году, так поэтому я хотел бы знаю, какая музыка вам нравится. Мне нравится музыка из МакSим.
A reflexive verb like учиться may not have a direct object, so it can't be followed by an accusative object. You can say я учусь русскому языку, that's dative then.

The trouble with the name МакSим is that it is a male name but here refers to a woman. Names of women which do not end in standard Russian feminine endings do not get declined. So I suppose while you should normally use genitive here (Максима if it was a guy) it remains unchanged for that reason.

МакSим мне тоже очень нравится. И ещё мне нравится группа СЛОТ.
