    "..ты не знаеш"

    Привет!
    Я сегодня учиться нови русское слово "СЛОВАРЬ"--which,when learning слово/словарь/спева at the same time,is--Как Сказать ра русски "confusing"...
    I also heard this phrase " ты не знаеш",which,after noticing the "trick negative" (thanks waxwing) means "would you happen to know",but I dont think Im hearing the last part,should it be "Zna-yesh"
    As allways,I thank everyone here for thier help - believe it or not,i am getting better..lol

    Am I right in thinking that ь doesn't affect the pronunciation of the hushes(ж ч ш щ)? Also, is it true that any noun ending in a hush and ь in feminine?

    Yes, that's correct.

    Why did you put "русского" in the genitive case? I thought it should be
    "Я сегодня учил новое русское слово "СЛОВАРЬ".

    I thought русского was Accusative Neutral as well as Genitive Neutral.

    At least that's what it says in the Dictionary Tree
