    Can someone tell me where the stress mark(s) should be on this word. It sounds like it has two according to this dictionary. On the first and third "o"s.

    The main stress is on the last о: работоспособный.

    The first o may or may not have a secondary stress.

    I think this word does have a secondary stress on the second syllable. That's why we pronounce ra-bo-ta-spa-SOB-nyj and nobody says it like ra-ba-ta-spa-SOB-nyj. Or am I wrong?

    No, I havent heard that anyone said something like (раб-О-тоспос-О-бный). (работоспос-О-бный) is the only right variant

    Да, заметное ударение на первом "о" не делается, но, если обычно безударное "о" может произноситься как "а", то в данном случае этого не происходит, поэтому нельзя сказать, что здесь, в сложном слове, к этому первому "о" можно относиться к безударному.
