Thread: please help me figure out this mystery word

Could someone please transcribe the following SHORT audio sample? It is from a Pimsleur lesson. I understand all of the words except for one part and am curious as to what the word is.

The point was discussed many times in "Getting Started with Russian" forum, in Pimsleur dialogues threads. Yes, most phrases from Pimsleur sound very strange and odd, and people NEVER talk like that in real life.

Oh, wow. I hate to hear that Pimsleur uses some strange wording, but looking at the threads in that particular forum proves very useful to me in trying to figure out what is being said sometimes on the Pimsleur lessons! I wish I had known about these threads earlier
