    Yeah, I do understand.

    Russian Pronunciation: Hard Vowels
    Russian Alphabet - Cyrillic alphabet
    You can find the Ы there in both.

    Most Common Russian Words - Top 1000 Russian words
    And this link is for the 1000 most common words and you might listen to the words like какой, который, такой, человек to get the difference between the stressed O and unstressed one.
