    I can do Ы, me?

    I have been learning Russian for a while and simultaneously practicing the yery sound (the most difficult in the language) I have uploaded my voice, could a Russian please approve my pronunciation of yery?

    I've listened to it three times, and I must say that I didn't understand any word.

    In the beginning of the audio you pronounce the ы three times, right? It sounds more or less okay (although a bit too close to и). I can't make out the next word, but to my ears it begins with "кы....". This "кы" is perfect.
    In Russian, all nationalities and their corresponding languages start with a lower-case letter.

    Hm...I've heard the following words:
    крыша
    крыса
    быстро
    сыро
    ???
    мосты
    кресты
    ....

    Right? I hope my ears didn't deceive me. If it's so, then Ы in a word сыро was closed to the right pronunciation, but the other words sounded nearly like И in your execution

    If it really is "крыша, крыса", I don't hear the "р" sound in them.
