I'm wondering about the correct pronunciation of теперь.
On dict.cc <http://enru.dict.cc/?s=now> it is pronounced
as I would have expected it. But on leo.org
<http://dict.leo.org/rude/index_de.html#/search=jetzt>
it is pronounced as if it would be written цеперь.
Are both pronunciations correct?

You HEAR it as if it would be written цеперь, but in fact the first consonant is soft теперь anyway. It might be a soft т or a soft ц. Both pronunciations are correct.

I think, a ц cannot be soft in Russian.

You're right, ‘real’ ц cannot. But soft ть is often pronounced as an affricate, i.e. like the soft variant of ц.

E.g. ‘теперь’ [ʦʲɪˈpʲerʲ].
