    Выбираем Думу - 2

    Эффективность голосования на MR оказалась равной 55%, то есть 45% голосов ушли на проигравшие партии.
    Предлагаю переголосовать с целью повысить представительность парламента до 100%.
    Список партий сокращаем до четырёх, естественно...
