Just to maintain the population of a country it should be 2,1 birth/woman rate.
It's bad everywhere in Europa but the East at the bottom, they are no better that around 1,3.
The lowest in Europe is Lithuania - 1,24
I assume that much has to do with massive migration and working in the West but why Belarus is next to that with 1,25?
