    It's more like B.
"Россия для русских" - это неправильно. Остальные-то чем лучше?

    Thank you for your reply.

Any possibility of A. "I watched TV and then drank tea." ?

for the closest C with minimal changes you need to change смотрел to посмотрел
for the A you need to change it like in C and add затем or потом before попил
B would be Я пил чай когда смотрел телевизор

BTW your initial sentence consists of two independent actions which cannot be described on the timeline by either of options, however you cannot say that it doesn't make sense at all
It's more like list of actions
I was watching TV, I also has drunk tea

IMO it is either B or independent actions (with not specified mutual positions in time).

Both parts of the scentence have different forms of verbs. Смотрел means that I was watching, while попил is an ended, so-called совершенный, verb. The closest answer is A, bit the correct scentence would be Я смотрел телевизор и пил чай.
