It’s not genitive. It’s not even a noun. Дома here is an adverb and doesn’t decline.

There’s another similar word домой. Both до́ма ‘at home’ and домо́й ‘(to) home’ used to be forms of the noun дом ‘house, home’ historically. In contemporary language they are considered adverbs.
