Not really. I can hear the difference alright. If anything, you can "deduce" the correct word from the other words in the sentence.
I do not claim that my opinion is absolutely true.

It could be that person is reluctant to say some ending sounds clearly.

сейчас [с’ич’а́с]
действительно [д’иств’и́т’ил’на]
Different unstressed endings can often sound identical or even be “swallowed” in fast speech so one can distinguish between cases and numbers only by context.
