отвали is OK to use among friends. it's a mild form of 'f..k off'
(variants are вали, проваливай, отстань - all basically mean 'shove off')

there is also a strange euphemistic expression иди в баню, i am not sure everyone knows and uses it (smth. like 'get lost')

пошёл ты (пошла ты), иди ты are often heard in casual friendly contexts
