How do you say "So" if you want to summarize xxx?

"Значит" can also work as a sentence-opener that basically means "Well, okay then, to summarize..."

Or, if you've given quite a number of examples on the blackboard, you could open with "Короче," meaning "In short; to put it briefly."

George I would like to add that: допустим functions as например in case you listen it at the beginning of an explanatory sentence.
It is not translated as "so".
