    так ... так

    Privet.
In the following expression what is the meaning of the structure "так ... так " in English.
Because in Greek you can transfer the same meaning without using "так ... так".

"у меня так много новостей, а времени так мало"

I have so much news, but so little time
I do not claim that my opinion is absolutely true.
If you've spotted any mistake in my English, please, correct it. I want to be aware of any mistakes to efficiently eliminate them before they become a habit.

Can be bravely omitted. It just adds emotions.

It is hardly a construction. Each "так" can be used separately from another, so it is more like a refrain here.
"Россия для русских" - это неправильно. Остальные-то чем лучше?

Yes. They can be used separately here: У меня так много много новостей. Но у меня так мало времени. - so technically it's not a так ... так structure.
