Чем больше слов, тем меньше они стоят.

Usually there’s no misunderstanding, because two pronouns (or pronoun + adjective) like ‘ты свой, он свой, она свой, они свой, я свой, мы свой’ always go together, they are inseparable and glued to each other in the same way as ‘my own, your own, our own, his own, her own, their own, its own’ in English. In other words, ‘свой’ sticks to ‘я, ты, он, etc’ in the same way as ‘own’ sticks to ‘my, your, his, etc’.
So the correct is Я хочу, чтоб ты продал свой дом! - YES
