    Помогите, пожалуйста, с глаголами!

Мне нужна помощь с глаголами движения...

    Я не понимаю, какая разница между «идти» и «пойти», или какая разниця между «ездить» и «ехать»

I'm not entirely sure what the difference is. I know they all mean "to go" but it different contexts...

«идти» и «пойти» - both mean by foot (пешком), yes? But does идти indicate in one direction, and пойти mean in one direction AND back (like frequent trips)???

And the same with «ездить» и «ехать» (but by means of transportation)???

    Большое спасибо!

«идти»/«пойти» are imperfective/perfective couple of verbs. There is a huge amount of information about verb aspect in Russian. It does not specifically relate to the verbs of motion. Very roughly speaking «идти» is an equivalent of English indefinite and continuous tenses and «пойти» is for perfect tenses.

«ездить»/«ехать» are both imperfective but the former is iterative while the latter is progressive. This is already about verbs of motion specifically. «ездить» (iterative) usually is about performing races from time to time. «ехать» (progressive) is about being in process of racing at a given moment of time.
"Россия для русских" - это неправильно. Остальные-то чем лучше?

I have a pretty good grip on the perfective/imperfective aspects of the verbs, I probably should asked the difference between the four verbs: идти, ходить, ехать, и ездить

    идти, ехать - imperfective progressive
to be in the process of one-directional motion

    ходить, ездить - imperfective iterative
to perform repetitive or multidirectional motion

    progressive:
Я иду по городу. I am going along the city (right now and towards some destination).
Я иду в магазин. I am going to the shop (right now).

    iterative:
Я хожу по городу. I am walking around the city (right now but without one destination, multidirectional)
Я хожу в магазин. I go to the shop (Usually or from time to time, repetitive)
