You couldn't find it because it's a poetic variant of the word "обновление" (renewal, renovation). In poetry they use such forms as обновленье, явленье, сомненье, because it's very often easier for the poetic rhythm. Thus it's no coincidence that your sentecne is a quote from a piece of poetry.
