More elaboration: a word after "с" (a noun or a pronoun) should be in Instrumental.
The first word (e.g. "мы") does change with cases:
Мы с тобой работаем. - Nominative.
Эта книга будет полезна для нас с тобой. - Genitive.
Нам с тобой будет интересно об этом узнать. - Dative.
etc.
Ablative case.
The first pronoun takes the nominative case, the second takes the ableative (instrumental) case.
If you need to decline it, the form of the first word will be changed.
Мы с ними
Мы с ними идем в парк.
Не забудьте позвать нас с ними в парк.
Нам с ними очень понравилось в парке.
