    dicrect meaning is tumble, somersault, turn over your head

    but here this is used in inderect meaning

    it's is a kind of tumble, turn, twist, caper, trick, etc

    So, we may say that by an increadiblte twist Асад managed to turn his defeat to his good.

    Taty, you're very rude! I already tried to find meanings of these words in dictionaries. They are either not in dictionaries or their meaning can be determinable only in the context by native speakers. That's why I'm posting these messages.
