Common stuff in russian, you should be surprised as well that "кредитной" actually sounds like "крИдитной".

As I remember they even write at school transcriptions\ study tasks like кредитной = [кри-ди-тнй] or [кри-ди-тнай].

Notice that while speaking loud (for some assistant writing and so on) it`s usually normal to pronounce words clear like they are written КРЕ-ДИ-Т-НОЙ.
