л is inserted in 1 p. sing. in the second conjugation, and in a few verbs of the fist conjugation in all the forms if the ending is unstressed (cыпать-сыплет). However many prople say сыпит now.
There is another tendency, found in the vernacular Russian. Verbs loose changings of г, к into ж, ч in the Present tense. For example, some people say стигёт (от стричь) instead of стижёт, пекёт (от печь) instead of печёт.
