What is the authetically russian word for implementation?
E.g.
1. The implementation of this principles in your everyday life will improve your health.
2. The implementation of the terms of the agreement will lead to a general ceasefire.
3. There is not an implementation of these theoretical concepts in the real world.

"Реализация" has identical meaning to "implementation" and can be used in 3 cases.
If you seek for "authentical" word, I think there is no such word. "Выполнение" can be used in first two cases preserving meaning, but it means "execution".

Ещё - воплощение.

Увы, много слов-синонимов, но не все из них подходят в каждом случае.
Например:

Следование этим принципам в повседневной жизни улучшит ваше здоровье.

2. The implementation of the terms of the agreement will lead to a general ceasefire.
Исполнение пунктов соглашения приведёт к практически полному прекращению огня.

3. There is not an implementation of these theoretical concepts in the real world.
На практике эти теоретические концепции не реализуются.
