1. I sent you two short documents - Я отправил тебе два кратких документа
1.a. I sent you five short documents - Я отправил тебе пять краткие документы
2. I sent you two good newspapers - Я отправил тебе две хорошие газеты (газеты -> singular genetive)
2.a. I sent you five good newspapers - Я отправил тебе пять хорошие газеты (газеты -> plural nominative)

Correct товарищи?

1.a кратких документов
2.a хороших газет.

I would never say like that, краткий is not 100% equal to короткий, if you are not sure - use the main word, КОРОТКИЙ, which is commonly used.

Документ (paper) - material \ formal thing, short paper = just several pages or less than a page.

Old & poetical, used 10-times more rarely. Examples are:

-Краткость - сестра таланта (popular saying).
-У нас получился краткий диалог = we chatted a little bit = not a material, but something virtual
-Краткое содержание романа (short plot of a novel, no matter how many pages it is, the idea is that it is much shorter than the original).

Краткий - concise, а кроме того, греки опять подсобили со словечком "лаконичный"
