    Доброй ночи -genitive case.
    Доброе утро -nominative/accusative case.

    (Посмотрите, какое / Не правда ли, какое) доброе утро! It's a good morning, isn't it? The morning is in the present.
    In Russian, all nationalities and their corresponding languages start with a lower-case letter.
