A lot of people say грамм... i'd say it's 50/50, here where i live i always hear грамм...

Форма родительного падежа множественного числа граммов используется преимущественно в письменной речи, а форма грамм - в устной (после числительных).

people use both variants for sure, it depends much on the context (what is to be measured, substance in question, etc....)
