I think we use везде to say everywhere (the location) and всюду eveywhere (the direction), and отовсюду to say from everywhere (the origin).

Oops, I wrote the exact opposite of what I had in mind. Fixed!

    всюду is "motion" of everywhere
    везде is "location" of everywhere

    - Где мая любовь? надо искать всюду!
    - Where is my love? I need to search everywhere!

    - Так много бутылок водки! они везде!
    - So many bottles of vodka! They are everywhere!

    Did this help?

To me, they sound equal in colloquial speech. I think that there are some exceptions when you should know which word to use but in most cases there's no need to be aware of the difference.

    вездесущий - everpresent
всюдусущий - not so good as the previous one but still understandable though.

    Везде_сущий, всюду_сущий.

По-моему, одно и то же, если вставить ещё одну "с"!

    Rtyom, ты чему людей учишь?)))

    везде - разговорное
всюду - может употребляться в разговоре, но больше смещено в сторону литературного языка
кстати, может, кто-нибудь мне подскажет, откуда фраза "они повсюду"?)
you can say "вездесущий" or "повсюду"
but don't say "всюдусущий" or "повезде". These words don't exist))

    Oh you people,

I thought this would be a simple question but I should have known better with Russian.

Now I understand better and I am also more confused.

I don't feel there is a difference. In kalinka_vinnie's examle they are absolutely interchangeable. "Всюду" sounds a little more formal, that's all.

    It's ok))
The more you know the more you want to ask (or something like this)

(I cannot say it in other words because I'm not so good at English)

Но если много общаешься и "чувствуешь" слова, не задумываешья над такими вещами)) а просто знаешь, что здесь оно на своём месте, а там не к месту вовсе.

Still, there may be a difference between things that a native speaker thinks are interchangeable. Learners should be aware of this difference. Though you're absolutely right that when you use a language a lot you get used to words and know how they collocate with other words.

"Учите не просто слова, а контексты", - сказала когда-то одна преподаватель)
    Я тоже думаю, это выход.

    IMO, преподователь is masculine.
