"Неприемлем" - is a great word! But it's misused in this context. You can't say "неприемлем" about a person. You can say it about some event or condition: someone's behaviour or look or speach. For example:

"Твое поведение неприемлемо".
"Твой внешний вид неприемлем".
"Употребление ненормативной лексики на телевидении неприемлемо".

All these phrases are either formal or snobbish.


Here you can say: "Злюсь на себя, что забыл это!"
or you can use a rhetorical question: "Как я мог это забыть?"

If I want to say: She is unacceptable, that she forgot my birthday.
Как она могла забыть мой день рождения!
