Actually both are correct. But the second one sounds better.

Они возьмут это на следующей неделе.
They will take it next week = they will do it once (come, grab and leave).

You should separate two questions: Что ты будешь делать? (continous, петь, играть, прыгать) Что ты сделаешь? (куплю, возьму)

Theory (совершенный и несовершенный вид) Глаголы совершенного и несовершенного вида

"Some verbs can be in past and simple future, some - on all three tenses (past\present\future)"

I doubt that "брать" may be used in such context (sometimes we say smth like

(в автосалоне)
-где клиенты, с которыми ты общался?
-они ушли подумать... скорее всего, будут брать новый Renault на следующей неделе

We often use "брать" in a meaning "покупать" (to buy)

(они у будут покупать новый Рено на следующей неделе) - since it takes some time to buy a car (to choose a model, to sign an agreement, to pay etc etc) . n.b. You can say though "Они возьмут (они купят) машину на следующей неделе"
