Thread: Vocab quiz - top 500 nouns

Based on this list(Top 500 Russian Nouns, here on Masterrussian), I made a couple of quizzes... for myself, but I thought I'd share the links with you, maybe some of you will find it helpful.

1 (1-50)
2 (51-100)
3 (101-150)
4 (151-200)
5 (201-250)

(Planning on making the other 5 in the next couple of days)

test 1:
- First three words I entered for "Вид" were kind, sight and species. No one was accepted.
- You can add ground for "Земля".
test 5:
for some reason did not work
- kind, gender for род
- hit,strike for удар
- mind for сознание
- rouble for Рубль
- phone for Телефон
test 4:
глава - chapter
гора - mount
государство
цель - aim
черта - feature
ход - turn
вещь
результат
средство

Excellent! What about another quiz but in reverse? Show the English word and then the quiz taker has to put the Russian word?

I love it, thanks very much! I maybe have something that you are interested in: I am currently in the process of putting stress-marks on the words. I have the first 100 nouns done, would you like to have them?
I have it in a .doc with the english translation seperated by a tab. If you are interested, let me know.
