Here are some online tests I've found to help you check your progress:

Five different level test, based on тест по русскому языку как иностранному, but of course only includes the grammar section.

I've just done the first test. I answered 46 questions correctly out of 50. My level is Advanced. I'm wondering if anyone can beat me? To be honest, there are a few controversial questions in that test. That's probably why I didn't answer all those questions correctly.

I got 50 out of 50. And I agree about controversial questions. In those cases I chose the variant which I considered more common and formal.
Kalinka_vinnie, I think your result is really good.

36 out of 50-Intermediate. Is that good for ~7 months studying Russian?

I've taken this test before.

I think I'll throw my Russian books away. Two years later and no improvement.

I am only lower intermediate. I am sure I would have done better if I tried. Oh well. I hate tests.

Hmm... maybe its just me, but I have to question how accurately a test can measure somebodies foreign language ability that consists only of 50, multiple choice questions.

Multiple choice is about the best you can do w/ computer graded-either that or fill-in-the-blank.

P.P.S. OK, "Я не знаю, что он ходил вчера" sounds unnatural, but anyway it's funny

How can anything other than куда work there?
