What do these expressions mean?

да ну
но вот

I know I'm lacking context here but what do they mean in general?

так вот - well, here it is/all right, let's discuss sth more closely
вот так - that's it
вот так как (a bit strange without any context) - Since, as, because - this expression, like I said, sounds a little akward to me and it is hard to translate it
ну да - Yeah. That's right. I agree
да ну - very much depends on intonation
но вот - But.... (I guess вот adds some emphasis)

You're absolutely right that you're lacking context! it's hard to translate if you do not know context.

так вот
вот так - [/b]...and that's it/ ...and that's that

вот так как - need a context here it's not expression I belive...but anyway it is close to вот так

да ну - nah or just no but with boring tone

ну да - well yes

но вот - но is but...вот here refers to what goes next(same situation with как in вот так как I guess)

так вот might also be так-то, то-то, aha!, there you are!, what did I tell you! Так вот ты какой, северный олень!
вот так might be similar to так вот in the previous context
вот так как - as well as; делай вот так как он - do as weell as him; I can't say more, many be it is (вот так так!) or (ну так как?)
ну да - might also express some doubts see да ну
да ну - 1) ugh, dam, off with smth/smb; 2) really?
но вот might be like 'but here/there + verb/be'

Yeh I don't actually know the context. They were all phrases I heard while listening to the radio and I couldn't understand the whole sentances.

What if it's said like an exclamation: Bот так как!

oh and another one: вот так-то! - I think this is sort of the same but with more emphasis or something

It's just like 'wow!' or 'aha!'...

Вот так-то makes much more sense than вот так как.
Вот так-то is normally used for summing up something.

For example,

bla-bla-bla
Вот так-то!
There may be other meanings but I cannot recall any of them at the moment.

May be you mean вот так так? Then it means cripes!, gee!.
