Thread: simple "как" question...

Hi all, wondering somebody tell me a very simple grammar when forming a question with kak(how)
if I saw a sentence like this "борис работает хорошо"(Boris works very well/Boris is a very good worker).
suppose I don't know how good is he at work, shall I use the first sentence like -
"как Борис работает?"
or
"kak работает Борис?"
which one is correct Russian, or can I use both ? appreciate the help in advance.
