    ушук

In a page dedicated to foods I see this word that I find also many times in the web, but not in dictionaries. It appears also in the same page in conection with "узучек" (or something like this, perhaps it would be "уз/шучек"). But my problem is the first word: ушук.
Pse, what is its meaning? Tks

The bear looked at the car, and reflections of fire danced in his eyes. He knew what to do.

Could you give us a little bit more context? As for me, I don't know such word in Russian. Nevertheless, I've searched the web and found the only mention of this word in the novel of Sergey Esenin "Яр". Here is the sentence from the novel: "В тихом шуме хвои слышался морочный ушук ледяного заслона... " But that was not a modern literary language, but archaic Ryazan dialect, and I'am not sure if somebody speaks it now. In this dialect the meaning of the word "ушук" was "darkness".

I've heard the file you've sent to me. The two words between the words "крепкий" and "литр" are: "кусок" - "piece, bit" and "кусочек" - "a small bit".
