Thread: Quick translation help needed!

I could use google translate but I am almost certain with some of the complex topics in this message it will completely fuck it up so would anyone mind just translating the following into Russian for me. Basically was trying to book a train in Russia, and assumed when creating an account it would want me to use Cyrillic characters... I WAS WRONG!

Sorry I think my e-mail didn't properly explain the situation as I have already registered an account and used the password retrieval feature several times to retrieve a new password (with the username: Джейк_МРобинсон IN CYRILLIC!) as shown below;

I notice in the answer you gave it states the use of Cyrillic letters is not aloud however upon registration it did not stop me from using Cyrillic characters for my User Name. Now I receive an error everytime I log in and I am assuming it is because of my non-roman username. My e-mail account is now linked to this username and your registration system so would it be possible for you to change my username from Джейк_МРобинсон to Jake_MRobinson and update me so I am able to log in as I need to book a train very shortly.
