Ya nye paneemayoo "yego", "yeyo" ee "eex". Moye, tvoye, nash ee vash are completely clear, though. 
 
For example:
 
"yego dyetee gavaryit po-rooskee". Pacheemoo "yego"? Are the children not his own? I'm seriously confused here!
      Hmm.. Его дети говорят по-русски -> His children speak Russian. Notice that the subject is His children. So the children are his, no one else's. 
Compare: 
Это Владимир. Его дети пьют водку. = This is Vladimir. his children drink vodka. Extremely clear whoes children it is! 
Это Саша и Дима. Его дети пьют водку. = This is Sasha and Dima. His children drink vodka. What? Whoes? Unclear! 
Это Владимир. Свои дети пьют водку. = Impossible. You can not have свои unless it has a corrseponding personal pronoun in the sentence! 
Владимиа знает, что свои дети пьют водку = Vladimir knows that his children drink vodka. This works! 
Clearer??
