Yes.

I can see my russian sentences are like meat for dogs. I'm glad you fixed them for me. Question though, wouldn't "Где можно мне начти" mean more of a ,"Where it's permitted for me to find...", as in "May I"? Just a thought. I presume it's 3a plus accusative to express "In exchange for" then? I heard за литер in pimsleur, and couldn't tell if it was nomnitive or accusative. I don't even know if I'm spelling half the words correctly, and that's why I was looking for a vocab list for Pimsleur. For that, and to find out exactly how many words it teaches you.

But the accusative of Помощь is Помощь.

Можно means possible in this context. It can mean possible and allowed.
Just like the opposite Нельзя can mean impossible, or just not allowed.
