    ok what is the "собссссно" supposed to mean?

    Собственно. Что Вас, собственно, смущает?

    In this context "собственно" is a parasite word that is supposed to give a sentence "intelligent" blur.

    собсссно is собственно. "А что вас, собственно, смущает?" means "What are you confusing about?" Собственно is ot translated.
    But it means that a speaker is very worried about you and tries to be polite or dislikes you.
