Привет, как сказать not necessarily на русском?

"не обязательно"

Thanks Friendy but I should have given some context. How would you translate this? Does it still work?

Person 1: Everyone knows how to speak English.
Person 2: Not necessarily so! There are lots of countries where they don't even teach it.


Все умеют говорить по-английски.... dunno about the rest....

Не обязательно. Or if you want to stress it: Вовсе не обязательно. Or: Совсем не обязательно. Second variant is more common.
