Hi, can you please tell me if these sentances make sense?

В этой комнате ниоткуда они не могут уйти.
В этой комнате неоткуда они могут уйти.
If they make sense what is the difference between the first and second?

Do these make sense?
В этом городе не к кому идти.
В этом городе никто не идёт к никому.

Also can you replace не к кому with a noun?
eg. В этом городе не к врачу идти.
If not then how would you say it?

Both are nonsense. I cannot even guess their meaning.

В этом городе никто не идёт к никому. - it is better to say:
В этом городе никто ни к кому не идет.

And again, it's a complete nonsense. Negative pronouns cannot be replaced by nouns (and I think there is no reason to do it).

It's OK.

The first means "I don't see anyone"
Unfortunately my English isn't so good and I can't translate the second sentence, but it means something like that: "There is no people who I can see". The sentence is correct, but a bit strange. Usually such constructions are used with different verb, for instance, "Мне некого любить" or "Мне некого уважать", and it express speaker's attitude to people around him.

it sounds like "there is no body to see for me"...or just "I don't wanna see anybody"...if I translate it out of the blue

Hmm... I don't think so... There are no wishes in this sentence (in contrast to my previous examples)

the general rule in deciding to use ни and не in the negatives is that 'не' will mostly appear with an infinitive and mean (dep on context) 'there is no...'
eg
мне негде сидеть - there's nowhere for me to sit
Мне некого видеть. there's nobody for me to see (sound wierd tho)
