Thread: "My thoughts are with you, my prayers are with you..."

I'm looking for something nice to say for a person whose grandfather got seriously ill lately.

I was thinking about "My thoughts are with you, my prayers are with you...", but I don't know how to say it in Russian.

Maybe there is a good Russian version for that? Or what would you say?

Nice! Although, I wasn't sure if I really wanna use "prayer". I did write it originally, but is there an alternative without "prayer"? I'm just not a believer of any sort, so it wouldn't feel very right.
