    When Ukraine was (and probably still is) referred to as Little Russia/Little Rus', what is it in Russian?

    I think it was "Malorossija", or "Malaja Rus'" as in "Tsar' of vseja Velikyja i Malyja i Belyja Rusi" or something like that, but these fell out of use in 1917 They sound like something Gogol would have used 150 years ago.
