    little doubt in saying the time

    For example.. if it's 6:35. Do I say без двадцати пяти семь or just
    без двадцать пяти семь?

    "без двадцат́и пят́и" is right.
    In Russian, all nationalities and their corresponding languages start with a lower-case letter.

    I have one more question, though:

    If someone asks "Когда вы встаёте?" and I have to answer "I get up at 6:45", is it correct to say "Я встаю без четверти семь"? What are other ways of saying that? Perhaps "без пятнадцати семь", right? But there must be something more colloquial...

    Shouldn't that be, Я встаю без четверти в семь?

    "без пятнадцати семь" (more colloquial) = "без четверти семь".
    In Russian, all nationalities and their corresponding languages start with a lower-case letter.
