    Linking words

    Hello.

    One of the areas of my Russian that lets me down the most is my sentence linking (because, thus, hence, and, therefore etc.).

    Firstly are these rough translation right

    Потому что - because
    Из-за (+ gen.) - due to + noun
    так как - since
    поэтому - so, therefore

    And can you give me some more.

    You have Maltzoff, right? He has a whole chapter on conjunctions.

    Bah! You mean I have to like get a "book", and turn the "pages". I tried to use a book once but couldn't work out how you turned it on.
