    "Было приятно вас (снова) встретить" ("снова" cannot be used during first contact of course).
    In case of first contact it can be: "Было приятно с вами познакомится".
    P.S.
    Another common forms are: "Рад был вас (снова) встретить" and "Рад был с вами познакомиться".
