How do you say "Have you no pride?"

I'm sorry - I meant to ask how to say that in Russian language!

Pride is like many words - it has multiple meanings.

Pride - as in "I am proud of you". Pride as in "a pride of lions" - and finally pride in the context I want to communicate - i.e. I have "pride in myself and would never accept charity".

I looked it up on PROMT - it translates as "не имейте Вас никакая гордость?".

Yet I am thinking "гордость" is not the right conjugation - rather "гордиться" - but maybe that would be if I was talking about myself?

Also - checking my limited knowledge of pronunciation - гордость = "gordostch" - гордиться = "gordeetsya"?

    Thanks in advance.

Разве/Неужели у тебя нет гордости? or У тебя что, нет гордости?

the pronunciation you can listen to with Google Translate

reprovingly you can say Где твоя гордость? - Where's your pride?

sarcastically - А ты не гордый/ая! - You're not too proud are you?

Ok, you can't use a literal translation here. When you ask someone "have you no pride?" it means that you feel that they acted in a way contrary to your sense of honour or dignity.

In Russian, they would ask - "как тебе не стыдно?" - literally "how are you not ashamed?"

i'm not a native English speaker so I could err however I do know one song called 'I ain't too proud to beg' which tells me that the notion of 'pride' and 'being proud' is very much applicable to the situation of aid refusal, and KLAPA mentioned charity which is essentially aid

in Russian culture a personal stance on aid acceptance or refusal is judged on the basis of possession of pride quality by the aid recipient

in such a situation 'как тебе не стыдно?' is completely wrong

Do not ever use it. It always creates ungrammatical sentences with no or wrong cases.
