    I have also an additional question based on the same idea. How I will translate the expression:
    "He didn't satisfy the requirements. Given that we shouldn't consider his application"
    Additionally I would like to ask how is translated:
    "Every afternoon at this time he is sleeping. So we shouldn't call him now."

    Он не соответствует [нашим] требованиям, поэтому нам не стоит рассматривать его заявление.
    В это время днем он спит, поэтому нам не стоит звонить ему.
