    expressing "to me"

Anyone care to help me with my homework? Would the following sentace be correct (grammar wise) ?

«It's not necessay to speak to me in english.»
    Не Надо говорить мне по-английски.

Im just trying to get a better grip on expressing 'to me'

    I know for instance «bring to me» would be : дайте мне…

Is it the same grammatical format for such sentances as 'say to me…. Speak to me….come to me…. Ect ect… ?

Im sure this is somewhat of a stupid question…. But I hate being unsure of myself…

    Spasibo!!

Technically, you can say so but in this case it's better to specify:
"It's not necessary to speak (that) to me in English"
Не надо говорить мне (этого) по-английски"

If there isn't any subjects then it's better to say
Не надо говорить со мной по-английски.
Send me a PM if you need me.

    А можно и так сказать.
(Вам) совершенно необязательно говорить со мной по-английски.
Или – нет необходимости говорить со мной по-английски.
