Well, this is a very difficult question. I'll try to help you with that but I'm not 100% sure of the result though. Okay, let's do that.

1. У меня есть знания и опыт по международной торговле - I'm pretty sure about this one
2. У меня есть знания и опыт по составлению портфолио для людей с высоким достатком - not sure about с высоким достатком part. Sounds more like "with high income to me"
3. Он эксперт по генетике or Он эксперт в области генетики - 100% sure about this one
4. Он специализируется на покупателях из Китая - quite sure about this one

Относительно последнего вопроса which is not included in the list: " I ranked first in the university/class/contest (i.e. I had the highest mark)." How do you say this in Russian (if there is of course a short way to say it).

Also which is the correct (your version sounds to me more correct from all to be honest)

or
у меня здания и опты в этой теме
