    Everything, Everyone, or both?

Does всем и каждому mean to everyone? or does it mean to everything? or does it mean to everything and everyone?

if ur wondering where i got it, its from that song:

поэтому я всем и каждому советую
    всё делать точно так,
как делает старуха по кличке шапокляк.

i was wondering if that comes up often or what, cuz i though that just всем meant to everyone..it confused me

any help would be apprectiated thanks

Yeah it means "to everyone". I think it's the same as the English expression "to all and everyone".

It is like an English phrase "evryone and the dog" if I am not mistaken.
«И всё, что сейчас происходит внутре — тоже является частью вселенной».
